If you are unable to attend formal classes, or you feel you would prefer that one on one experience of learning individually from a highly respected teacher, this is a great option.
Personal Coaching is well suited to people who have demanding work with flexible hours. Shift worker are particularly keen on maintaining their training by attending the school for ‘top ups’. We also have a number of people who prefer to have a class during their lunch break.
The lessons do not have to be one on one. At the Rayleigh School we are happy to cater for small groups of friends.
There are some people who may be nervous to attend formal classes and choose to start with some private tuition boosting their confidence to go mainstream.
As a well respected Assoc. we are often asked to work within, offices and other workplaces where we teach specialised self defence courses.
We offer courses are aimed at particular groups, ladies, schools, workplace colleagues, or simply a small group of friends who wish to understand self defence on a short course rather than attend formal martial art classes.

The Rayleigh school is available 7 day a week and private lessons are available during the daytime and weekends. The daytime lessons run from 6am through to 7pm on Monday to Thursday. Lessons are also bookable on Friday at any time of the day and weekends too.
All lessons are by appointment only and prices are from as low as £35 for a full hour.
Many people use the lessons as a personal fitness and conditioning session and some as a means to get a thorough preparation before entering mainstream classes or prior to a grading. Of course it up to you. However, with our vast training experience we can help you get fit for a fun run, charity challenge or even a marathon.
Training in a private basis has been the preferred choice for a number of students for many years. They enjoy the freedom to train at a time that suits them and the focus that is solely on their own development.
Some of our teachers a highly qualified fitness coaches and can develop Personalised training programmes to help with weight loss, general fitness or muscle development.
